Battle Creek Harley-Davidson

Extremely happy with this dealership. I wasn't sure whether I was ready to buy another bike or not, I was only there to check the place out (had never been there) and see about getting my son's bike serviced. After several visits & looking through the bikes they had in stock, this 2020 FLFBS Fat Boy caught my eye. I asked about trade-in value for my old bike & price on this new bike & everything lined up for me, so I made the deal. The team there is exceptional, especially Woodie! Stop in, you won't be disappointed! Great selection on parts, clothing and bikes. I'm very impressed, and sorry I hadn't stopped in sooner.

I purchased a 2008 Heritage from Chris, who is the sales manager, and couldn't ask for a better experience! He held the bike while I made up my mind, then made the whole purchase go flawlessly. There were minor issues with the bike, but they were again handled without any problems. It almost makes a guy want to by another bike!! Also Myron in parts was flat out great! He helped me find the stuff I needed and even helped put it on! I live in the Novi area and had to ride back a couple of times to get the issues worked out. But I'm pretty sure that's why I bought the bike was to ride!!! Overall probably the best purchase experience I've ever had, bike or other vehicles!!! Thanks Chris and the entire BCHD staff!

I honestly want to start this out by saying this establishment deserves 1000s of starts not just 5. Let’s just say from the second we stepped in the place we were greeted in less than a minute. This would happen to be by a salesman’s named “woody” and he’s was beyond helpful and all around an amazing person. I was kinda nervous being I’m searching for my very first bike. Then I wasn’t anymore with the smarts and skills that he had gave me more confidence in myself and learning all about his own personal experiences and what I should be riding to start.I could honestly go on and on about the amazing customer service he had show. He took time out of his day to walk us thru the back and past all the mechanics to show us bikes they had just got in. (Which one happens to be a bike I’m purchasing lol) we were greeted by every single mechanic in the back and it was amazing. Also even the guy at the counter pull the phone away from him to ask how we are doing today! And then we got to talking with Jodie and she’s is very knowledgeable and know her stuff when it comes to bike and had me feeling more right at home! I want to thank Battle Creek Harley for showing how a dealership should be and how buying my first bike wasn’t hard. They both talk me through everything and I’m very grateful to have chosen this place to be my new bike home! I appreciate everyone of you guys there and will continue to come to this place over and over again.

I absolutely love this place! I bought my first Harley Davidson here (Dyna Super Glide) and the obsession began... The sales staff treated me like family from day one! I was new to Harley Davidson and they took the time to help me figure out which models would be right for me, and help me learn about my options. Sales staff is amazing! The parts pros and the mechanics are very knowledgeable. Everyone in the place is friendly. *EXPRESS LANE* No appointment needed! If you need basic service in your bike just show up 15 minutes before they open. It’s first come, first served. I'd definitely recommend stopping in!
